Our Journey

Started from ground zero

Commercial cleaning origins, 2011

2011

Our journey started in the industry as a commercial cleaning company in 2011, and still to this day our sister company is working with local Government and corporate clients to help keep offices, parks and public spaces in the community maintained and clean.

Codee Consumables launch, February 2021

2021

February 2021 Codee saw the opportunity to create a consumables arm selling cleaning supplies to the Government, mining, and the cleaning industry. It was this year when Codee Consumables was born, we landed our first container of goods and we were open for business.

Linen partnership, December 2023

2023

December 2023 Codee formed a partnership with Alsco to add linen services to our portfolio of products, and secured a supply contract with Cushman & Wakefield to supply linen to the Woodside building in WA.

Abco national partnership, April 2026

2026

April 2026 As Codee continue to expand from the West Coast to the East it was clear that Codee needed a national partnership with one of the most trusted brands in the industry. The Abco partnership gives Codee a national distribution deal that can service all states of Australia.

Being an Aboriginal owned and operated company, we understand the importance of education for our people, and our future generations. Our doors are always open to engaging with Aboriginal people and businesses through job opportunities, training and education, and supply agreements. What started out as cleaning supplies has grown into other areas such as medical, mining and industrial. The team have strategically aligned with manufacturers and supply chain leaders to help connect and deliver top quality products with certainty. Our online store has been developed with end-to-end reporting for all goods ordered, as well as tracking and email notifications — so every order processed and delivered comes with proof-of-delivery confirmation, giving our clients the service levels they deserve.

The future of Codee Consumables

Our Foundation

Each One Teach One

At E1T1, we empower young individuals by equipping them with essential skills and boosting their confidence for positive life changes and community reintegration. Our holistic program addresses the unique needs of our demographic for sustainable, long-term transformation.

We collaborate with partners like Hip Hop 101 and other Aboriginal Corporations to enhance our outreach and capacity. The HIPHOP101 project uses music to engage and empower First Nations youth aged 12–18 facing challenges like disengagement, depression, drug use, or incarceration — emphasising self-expression, group work, and cultural sensitivity, and building lifelong skills in songwriting, recording, beat production, and live performance.

Each One Teach One Foundation

Our mission at Codee Consumables is to make a positive impact on Aboriginal communities and learning opportunities through our partnership with the Each One Teach One Foundation. We are committed to donating a portion of our profits to support the Foundation’s efforts to provide quality support to underserved communities — empowering individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Each One Teach One Foundation (E1T1) is focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged Aboriginal people facing barriers to better their health and further their education through disengagement, whether it is depression, drug use, unhealthy eating habits and incarceration. The primary aim is to help these young people build the skills and confidence they need to improve their lives and integrate back into the community, working in partnership with Hip Hop 101 and other Aboriginal Corporations.
